Can’t make or receive calls.

My phone has been working fine and is up to date. However I have recently trying to make calls and send voice messages but I can’t. Similarly I cannot receive any calls. I am unable to make videos and also the volume of anything I watch or hear is extremely low.

I would like help in getting this matter sorted ASAP as it’s hard not being able to make calls, especially when it’s urgent.
