How do I switch my phone to the NZ store?

I’ve moved from Australia to New Zealand. I’ve changed the region under settings on my phone to “New Zealand”

I would like to purchase more storage but when trying to do so my phone says “your account is not valid in the Australian store you must switch to the New Zealand store before purchasing”

How do I switch to the NZ store?

I can not change a region/ country to download the application I try to change my phone to use Thai store and swap with aus store seem like I can not download application from both store.

How do I change the region of my store? I am trying to upgrade an app but I can’t because my phone thinks I’m in New Zealand, so I’m trying to switch it back to around where I live but I can’t do that either because I have like $.60 in my account, and unless there is something I can buy worth $.60, what can I do ( I don’t really want to buy something over $.60 and then pay the money back)
