Face ID not available iPhone 11

My iPhone 11 would suddenly not recognize my face and Face ID all together was not working. I turned it on and off and tried to set up a new appearance, and nothing has worked. I restored my phone and it's still saying "Face ID not available". Anyone else having the same issue?

Face ID stopped working. iPhone XS is up to date. Face ID stopped working on my iPhone XS today out of the blue. Phone is up to date. Tried resetting Face ID but it won’t recognize my face when it says to place my face in the box. Won’t progress to next step of turning my head.

Follow https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208114 then https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208186, then you need to talk to Apple directly.

My Face ID is not available …is there a bug…because I just bought my iPhone last month please help
