Itunes Music Match Updating EXTREMELY Slowly 18-07-2021

Thought Id make some changes on my PC and update songs in itunes, mostly just adding old songs from old CD's. Today I have been frustrated by how SLOW itunes is matching my music. Its been a few hours and I've seen just a few songs out of many sync across to my iphone. I'm convinced its the icloud server as my PC and internet are very fast. Is this common? It is Sunday after all but it makes no sense why syncing is virtually non existent today. I've ended the sync and restarted many times and sometimes there is a tiny bit of movement.

Same here, 24 hours later and about half of the 150 songs are still in the "waiting" status.

It is worse than before. Now iTunes Match is completely out of service. It does not match any song. We are paying for nothing and Apple is ignoring us.

I've had the same problem for at least two weeks, it used to take a few minutes to match and sync a bunch of new imports, now it takes days. It happens to me on two different Macbooks, so it isn't the device, and my internet connection is fine.

Had this exact same issue for the first time two days ago (I'm in the UK). As it had been working earlier thought maybe something I'd done. Contacted support...3 hours later after speaking to no less than 3 people was no further forward although during the chat one song matched so guessed maybe an issue with their servers.

Was so slow overnight then got back up and running the following morning.

Wish I'd come across this thread earlier!!

Obviously Apple is having a lot of issues with their servers.

I'm experiencing exactly the same behavior. Very frustrating, especially since I paid for the service yesterday and it does not seem to be working at all…

I tried deleting the album and redoing the operation (a couple times). the Music Match always seems to stall on the same songs
