Apple Watch warranty

Hello,

I purchased a watch from JB HIFI. Since purchase the watch will intermittently zoom in and once zoomed in cannot be zoomed out. I have updated the software numerous times and it is becoming quite frustrating.

I have googled fixes numerous times and I believe it is a warranty issue.
