Constant crashes Big Sur

I've been having constant crashes in Big Sur where the fans will spin up high, the machine will shut down and then you get the black and white message screen that tells you the system crashed and to press any key to restart. I ran the diagnostics (Held D at startup) and it came up with nothing.

I went so far as to do a fresh install of Big Sur and then restore my apps from Time Machine and this keeps occurring....I have no idea what's going on but here is my latest crash report I may end up having to go back to High Sierra since Big Sur has been nothing but a headache since I upgraded..

I'm running a MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)

2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 Processor

64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 RAM

Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Latest crash report:

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 11.4

since you migrated your apps with TM, i'm thinking you should download and run the free version of EtreCheck so we can see if you have some software installed that is causing your issue. make sure you give "full disk access" to etrecheck. read how to use it by reading Using EtreCheck. if you need help interpreting the report, you can see how to post the report here by reading How to use the Add Text Feature When Posting Large Amounts of Text, i.e. an Etrecheck Report. and it automatically obscures sensitive things (like serial numbers) so you don't have to worry about sharing the report here.

since your machine shipped with catalina, the easy way to get back there would be to first move any data you want to keep to an EHD. then start into recovery with the "command+option+shift+R" keyboard combo. you can then use disk utility to erase the drive. then quit utilities and from the recovery options, choose reinstall macOS and you will be prompted to install catalina.
