I only had Passwords not Accounts and Passwords, and no mail program. Trying to set it up. I'm almost to end of IOS 14.7 now, and I will see if I can use MS365

You will have a yourname@outlook.com email address that your 365 account is registered to
Go to Settings, Mail, Accounts, tap on add account
Choose type Outlook.com.
Put in your outlook.com email address, then your password on the next screen.
If you have two factor authentication set up in your 365 account you will receive a code or use your Authenticator app if you have one installed.

I have an iPhone 11. 14.7 software version since April 2020. I've never had email on my phone because I had it on my desktop. Now that the iMac cannot be updated, it no longer can support MacMail which is why I have been looking for a mail program like the MS Office 365 personal that I'm getting. so the link you provided, while interesting, does not have a 'mail' in settings, and passwords. I have a phone call scheduled for tomorrow morning with Apple, so hopefully they will let me know what I will be able to have. I have 33.29GB available.
Thank you for your reply
But you can use Mail app for an Outlook.com address. I do.
You can also use Outlook app too which comes from the App Store.
Unless your 365 account is different from mine it doesn’t come with iPhone apps. Just the option to use App Store apps like Word and Excel. (Outlook app is free for anyone to use)
The office 365 has an ad free email program in it. My ISP has webmail but there are ads all over it, and it's very cumbersome to use. the one from 365 has no ads, and is standard format of an email program without ads and plenty of security, which I need for the four businesses that I am working with. I will confirm this with Apple tomorrow though just in case. Thank you for the suggestion.
PS “Settings, Passwords and accounts” is a setting from an old iOS,

Using Mail app or Outlook app I have never see an advert in my life.
It’s the paid-for Outlook.com address which you get when you pay your 365 subscription that is ad-free.
Good luck.
