iPhone 12 camera lens cracked, how much would the repair be with Applecare?

I literally just bought this phone the other day and dropped it face up on the ground by accident and now there is a crack and shatter on the top left camera lens and a tiny shatter on the lens beneath it. I have AppleCare+, would I be charged the in warranty price of $99?

If you bought AppleCare+ before the accident then it will cover two such occurrences in each of the two years for $99
