Ios 14.7 after update my face id is not working

Thank you, 6x6. I've updated to iOS 14.7.1, and performed hard reset. But I'm still getting the FaceID error.

When i update my iPhone XR 14.7.1 my iPhone Face ID is disabled

I already contacted apple support but no help. All they suggested that this is not caused by upgrade but a hardware failure.

how come multiple user started having faceid issue after 14.7.1 upgrade which lead to hardware failure?

it make sense if only my phone got an issue.

They already lost, Instead opting upgrade I already ordered Samsung and gonna throw my iPhoneX .
