Apple Maps for CarPlay brightness issue on RAV4
I am having a brightness problem on my RAV4 when I connect to Apple Maps. I don’t have this issue with google maps, must be an Apple software issue. How to fix this?

Does the issue resume when your device is connected wired with a USB and wirelessly?
Are you able to adjust the brightness of display in your car? If the brightness is set to a high setting, this could be causing the issue.
Take a look at Use CarPlay with your iPhone. Some things that we would suggest are to restart your device, ensure the iOS is up to date, disconnect and set up CarPlay again.
