phone wont restore
my iphone won't restore or update when connected to my computer. i have an old computer & it cant receive the latest update, and now my phone is stuck needing to be updated or restored and it wont do anything.

If you don't have an up-to-date computer, borrow one from a friend, or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. For more info, see:
