Apple store and they refuse to fix my iPad and still under the warranty . I went to went today to Apple Store located in Mapleview mall Burlington and I try to fix my daughter iPad and they said we have to replace it because we don’t fix the home button then I realize there is a small tiny bend in the back of the iPad so I let them write this down also before they realize that they was not need to change it charge meFor the replacement but after that do you need to charge me 50 bucks they said because the small tiny bend in the back and this is unfair I was not expecting it to change the whole iPad I need to fix it and I be for the warranty for that reason and now a bed for service I cannot get.

what can I do in this situation?????

For a replacement Apple device, there is a $50 device replacement fee Apple charges.

Just pay it!


If this iPad was out of warranty repair with both a broken Home button AND a bent device, Apple would have charged you approx. 60% of that iPad’s original cost for the device replacement.


Pay the $50, count your blessings and have a great day!
