Harry Potter Movie on AppleTV subtitles missing

I purchased Harry Potter and the sorcerer’s stone. The closed caption or subtitles setting is:

missing on Apple TV but present on iPhone and iPad.

If closed captioning exists on one version, it clearly is embedded in the movie.

I can’t find nowhere to report this in the TV app, Apple’s website or anywhere else. Can anyone tell me how to solve the problem or how to get in touch with the correct department of Apple ?
