my mac A1312 HDD died last week, I replaced it with SSD. I reinstall OS X 10.6.8 from my original CD. then try to install OS X Lion (I paid for upgrade before) thru Apple website download.
when I run install, it shows "The software could not be verified......." I tried few times, all failed.
any help for it.

I have solved problem by upgrade to 10.9 Mavericks directly from 10.6.8 Snow Leopard. then keep going till High Sierra that back to the place before my old HDD died.
install OS X Lion, software could not be verified.
