No. What you are trying to do is only an option for an iPhone.
- Go Here: Use Apple Watch to Breathe Mindfully - Apple Support
- Scroll to: "Adjust breathe settings"
- As it reads: "You can also open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, tap My Watch, tap Breathe, then adjust a setting."
