before open iPhone there are sometimes notifications on front screen. When I open phone I cannot find them?

Background App Refresh not working on any app. I have an iPhone 7 running iOS 15.7.1. Many apps are not updating their content while in background. Apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Twitter, instagram etc, Background App Refresh is enabled under Settings for all apps. This is NOT related to notifications. I do not wish to factory reset the device or reinstall the apps because I have lots of info in both apps that would be lost.

iPhone Pro 14 notifications not showing or making sound on Lock Screen My phone will not show or sound any notification when on Lock Screen. Notifications will sound and show when the screen is active. I have checked Settings>Notifications also Sounds and Haptics, also checked Focus... After checking everything I found out that the Notifications will work only when Bluetooth is turned OFF but I can't keep it off... Anyone having the same issue?

slide home screen down works on most iphones

You need to have them set as persistent not temporary in the first place.
