Refund on HBO Max offer

I signed up for the HBO MAX subscription on my Apple TV on the 22nd of July 2021 and have not been able to access HBO Max. Can’t log in — get the message that my email already has an account and I need to use another email. Crazy. The subscription shows up on my account on my IPhone as paid through my Apple Pay.


I’ve been on HBO Max chat help for at least half an hour with no solution.


So, I cancelled the subscription and now I want a refund the the $$ I was already charged without any access to the content.


Thoughts?
