My iPhone 5s & 8max glitch and froze and won't restart anymore

the Iphone 8max did the same thing too. It was froze screen so i think it need to restart, so i turn it off and after that it happens like the Iphone 5s again. I need some pictures inside those 2 phones that i hvnt saved it. 😞 can someone tell me what should i do?
