Hi
In my outlook email account I have all of my folders for filing bits in, on my old iphone SE i used to be able to move gmail items from that inbox to folders within outlook - now on my new iphone SE the option to move to outlook is "greyed out" so i can't select it - any ideas?

I haven't been able to do that for a long time.
However you might get more help on Microsoft support site if you are looking at the Outlook app.

Thank you i will give that a try. Weirdly I can move mails the other way from hotmail/outlook to gmail. It's a really useful feature, it will be a shame if it's been taken away!
