Might have stumbled on something that's had a benefit to my phone. I turned off participation in the Find my network and my battery has seemed a lot more stable since (Settings / Find My / Find My iPhone, and disable just the option Find My network, leaving the other two options enabled). For those that don't know, this feature is an update to the old offline finding mode that existed before iOS 14.6 that now allows Airtags and other third party locators to work. Opting out does disable the ability to find a lost iPhone that's not connected to the internet, but doesn't change the ability to Find My iPhone for devices that are connected.
If you're willing to try turning this off for a day or two, would be interested to see if this helps battery drain for anyone else?
