Replacement Phone

Just so you know, the replacement isn’t always in the best condition. I used my apple care to get a “new” phone for the replacement price and within a week the phone’s speaker blew out and only crackled

Phone replacement I would like to get my phone replaced. I am under consumer cellular phone company and they transferred me to apple care through the phone but I was having issues with customer service. My phone dropped, there isn’t a cracked screen but there’s a few little dents on the phone, and my speaker goes in and out when on the phone it’s hard for people to hear me at times but not all all the time.

iphone replacement Hi there, I am just now sending my phone for replacement. I contacted Apple and made a claim mid-May, but just couldn't part with my phone just then. Now, it's impossible to use and I have to send. I just want to make sure I will get a replacement if sent now.

Replacement devices carry a 90 day warranty or the balance of the original warranty, whichever is longer.

Take it back.
