Photos in texts

I have many photos and videos in text messages. My phone storage is full. What is the best and quickest method for reviewing these photos and moving them from my messages to my photos.

iPhone 7, iOS 13

You can long press on each one and save to photos. You should also be able to select more than one under more.

Thanks muguy! It works. The photo goes to "Albums" but not "All Photos". I guess I have to spend a little more time learning about "Photos". Appreciate your help.

In the Album, likely recents, right-click/two-finger click on the photo and then select "show in all photos."
