Happy I have been able to sort it out open photo plug in sd reader then go top left of screen tap icon photos comes up with menu scroll down to device mine said eos tap and there’s my photos hope it works for you

same problem on my ipad air 2 ios14.6 and my iphone 11 pro ios 14.7.1. Tried to restart device and open close cam with same result. Think it is a ios bug
