Blue Spot on MacBook Pro 15" 2018

Hi! I noticed a blue spot right in the center of my MacBook Pro 15" (2018) screen. It's not bright, it's kinda blueish. I'm a designer and photographer, I work with colors a lot. I have screensaver enabled, so my display never stays on a static image for more than 5 minutes.

I bought this machine for lot of $$$ to work with color less than 3 years ago and now I have this problem than makes my work lots harder. My previous display was from dell, it still works after 10 years and having no issues. ***? Is there any calibration options to compensate this sh*t so I can do my job on the whole screen, not only on the corners? Or it's just "buy a new one"?
