On my Mac Book Pro (Intel, 2020) it is set up to boot when the lid is opened. I updated to Big Sur 11.5.1. Since update the chime no longer sounds when the lid is opened and the boot process starts. Also I noticed if I shut down the computer but don't close the lid I can get it to reboot by pressing any key or tapping the trackpad. Is any of this normal? Should the computer boot by pressing any key?
