Defective product support

I have purchased my ipad pro 11 inch 42 days ago. Today I have noticed that it has dead pixel/pixel anomaly. And I have tried to contact support to get replacement device or just return it to get ipad air. Support reps was playing passing game and not being helpful about this issue. What should I do in this case?

I have tried to contact support again and support option is not working now. It is unable to connect despite I have tried couple times:




I’m paying top dollar for the device which shows defective manufacturing signs after short period of time and I cannot imagine how it will perform after one year.


Dead pixel at the screen:


What should I do in this situation? Nobody cares. Apple is not same as they were before.

You are not going to be able to return your iPad Pro 11 inch for a refund or for an exchange to a different iPad model. This is because more than 14 days have elapsed since the initial sale of the iPad. The option that you have is to take advantage of Apple’s 1YR Limited Warranty (USA) and either have the issue repaired or the unit replaced at Apple’s discretion. Apple will honor the warranty after diagnosis and confirmation of your reported issue.

The fastest way to do this is to take the iPad to the Apple Store near you. If there are no Apple Stores near you then you should continue to work with the right Apple Specialist.
