Defective product support
I have purchased my ipad pro 11 inch 42 days ago. Today I have noticed that it has dead pixel/pixel anomaly. And I have tried to contact support to get replacement device or just return it to get ipad air. Support reps was playing passing game and not being helpful about this issue. What should I do in this case?

I have tried to contact support again and support option is not working now. It is unable to connect despite I have tried couple times:
I’m paying top dollar for the device which shows defective manufacturing signs after short period of time and I cannot imagine how it will perform after one year.
Dead pixel at the screen:
What should I do in this situation? Nobody cares. Apple is not same as they were before.
