iPad Air 3 screen problem

Hello everyone. We had this terrible with our i pad air 3 product. I dont know how to explain but i added photo. We contacted with Apple Turkey, but they said this problem caused by damaged chasis of i pad. But this small damages has no any relation with screen ( i also added this small damage photo ) so does anyone has same problem before and how they solve it. We are kindly waiting your answers and help
