When restoring ipod classic, will the deleted music and playlist be placed on the new version?
itunes says if I restore my ipod classic, the music and playlists will be deleted. Will these deleted musioc and playlist app on the new restored version?

Even if the media and playlists are present in your library they won't be automatically put back on after the restore, you would need to set up your sync selections again. If on the other hand there is media on the device that isn't in your library see Recover media from an iPod - Apple Community to try to extract the media before you restore the device.
