I use my phone for teams calls and it takes my battery from 90% to 20% in an hour. Microsoft Teams is draining the battery on iPhone (OS version 14.7.1) quite a lot. Even when teams is not running. How can I stop it?

First Off: Back Up First: Be certain you back up your iPhone prior to troubleshooting this. That way, you will have something to restore your iPhone from should anything go wrong with from here.

Teams is a resource hog. If you need to use your phone, keep it plugged in; same with any device through which you access Teams.
