How to track my AirPods Pro, however I have the airpods case ?
You use the Find My app but you will need to be within about 40 feet of them to locate them.

It has been stolen without the case and I want to track it
Did you try using the Find My app?
It showed me last location which it was connected with me before it has been stolen
I have the case with me however someone has stole it from the case
Then there is no way to track it.
