can't sign into netflix error code 113
I am having issues signing in onto Netflix.
error says "your Netflix account name or password couldn't be verified. please try again. go to www.netflix.com/support for more information. Code:113"
I am signing into my brother in laws Netflix account who lives in another country outside of the US.
already talked to Netflix support they suggested me to:
- sign into another device - I was successful at signing in on my iPhone via the Netflix app and on my MacBook via safari.
- uninstall and reinstall Netflix, - could be that some data is still stored on the device (was previously signed in onto my ex girlfriends Netflix account)
- factory reset Apple TV and reinstall.
I tried all these and still no luck. Netflix support suggested if after all those are unsuccessful then contact apple support.
