Iphone 11 battery

I bought iphone 11 on 15th may. Its been only 3 months and my battery life is 98% .

How can an iphone battery be drained so quickly?

That (approximate) value is related to when that battery (not the iPhone) was new.

Start worrying when your battery health goes below 82-80%.
