Why they keep blowing this off, I do not know. These are user-to-user forums. If they will not help you, then chat about something else (make up a story such as, "How do I use iCloud?" While chatting say, "Oh BTW, my iPhone is having troubles."). Also, ask to speak with a Senior Advisor, once someone picks up the call.
