When I try to AirPlay something on my LG NanoCell an error window says "Le connessioni in entrata per LG sono bloccate" that means "Incoming connections for LG are blocked".
I tried to reset HomeKit and restore to factory data the TV but it still don't work.
What can I do?

I have an iPhone and an iPad Pro, but I have to use the MacBook for some reasons. I tried to AirPlay something to another Smart TV, but only the LG one doesn't work.
I also tried to check AirPlay settings on the TV and all was normal.

I don't know if I can find the issue, but I will ask my son, who has a similar TV (may not be the same model, but it is an LG Nano Cell). I know he uses it with his iPhone, but not sure if he has tried it with his mac.
Yes, it works with other devices.
So are you saying that:
iPhone (or iPad) -> LG TV is ok
Mac -> Other TV is ok
and only
Mac -> LG TV does not work?

It appears you are having an issue using AirPlay with your LG NanoCell.
Work through the information found here to confirm everything is set up as it should be: If screen mirroring or streaming isn't working on your AirPlay-compatible device - Apple Support
Based on the error message, we would recommend checking the set up on the LG.
Do you have another device you can attempt to AirPlay to the LG with? If the same error appears, it would indicate an issue with the LG set up.
Are you able to AirPlay with this Mac to another device?
Isolating exactly what device is having the problem will help determine a resolution.

Do you have an iPhone or iPad? Can you try using Airplay from one of such device to the TV?

If not, then I'd suspect that the error message may be accurate. I don't have such a TV so I don't think I can help with the settings, but it looks as there should be a setting there to permit external connections to go through.

Since you are able to AirPlay to other devices without any issues, this would point to an issue the LG.
