Alternative to Windows + P on macOS

Hi everyone,

I currently using two monitors to works with my Macbook, but I want to know if exist the posibility to "disconnect" one monitor, on Windows the solutions is using windows + P to open the projector tab where you can choose if you want to use only the "PC monitor", "splice", "duplicate", etc, how can I do this on Mac?

The only alternative that I konw is disconnect phisicaly the monitor :derp:
