What do you do when iMessage and FaceTime can’t verify your phone number and you are unable to send or receive any calls or text messages?
I can’t even contact Apple for support since they only use iMessage and calling.

Use a Different Phone:
Contact Apple with someone else's phone (with their permission, of course).
