My wife and I each have an Apple TV account, and we've added each other and our daughter to our Family Sharing. And yet, despite this, the movies and shows that I have purchased don't show up for either of them. Can anyone advise?? Thanks in advance.

Purchase Sharing is a separate option within Family Sharing, that can be on or off.
If you have purchase sharing, then you can play the shared content, and see shared content from Library﹥Family Sharing﹥, by each group member.
