I did an update to iOS from iTune… it worked well, the phone turned on and when all the photos and videos started the transportation from iTunes to my phone, I accidentally unplugged the USB cable and the transfer stopped immediately.. how can i get back the rest of my photos, vids, files etc.??

Have a question…I had content that it wasn’t on iCloud.. for example, some pics and vids… but many of them managed to transferred to my phone.. can i get back content that it was not to my iCloud? Sorry for my poor English 😊
Pics and videos will be in a backup if you did not enable iCloud sync for them. If you did enable iCloud sync they will not be in a backup, but they should copy back to the phone when you turn on iCloud sync.

I didn’t make a backup… I didn’t make anything before the update..just the update… and all the pics vids files started to transfer from iTunes to my phone… how can i get back the rest of them? That’s my question..
Connect your phone to your computer. If it’s Windows or a Mac with Mojave or older open iTunes. Go to iTunes Preferences and click on the Devices tab. This will list any backups you have on your computer.
Then on your phone go to Settings, tap on your name, then iCloud. Tap on Backup and it will list the most recent backup.
While in the same place look at the switch for photos. Is it on? If it is that is where your photos and videos came from. If it is off, turn it on and any photos in iCloud will sync to your phone.
You can also log in to https://icloud.com/photos and see what photos are stored in iCloud.

If that’s where you most recent backup is, yes.
pics and vids are not stored in iTunes, so that’s not where they transferred from. You must have had a backup on your computer. So follow the instructions to restore from a backup on your computer.
At which point of the iOS update, did the backup created? Cause I didn’t do anything consciously…
