Text Alert Issues

My iphone 11 which is only a few months old is only intermittently alerting me that I have received a text message. I've taken it to my T-Mobile store x 2 and they were able to reproduce the problem, but couldn't completely solve it. They felt it was a hardware issue. Anyone else have this issue?

No alert for some Text messages I have a iPhone 13 and I’m not getting alerts for at least 1/2 of my text messages, I don’t know I’ve got some of the messages till I actually check my phone, any clues to why this is happening? It never happened to any of my other iPhones.

iPhone 6s won’t alert 🚨 me of new messages So I’ve gotten a IPhone 6s (Hand me down) for some reason it will not alert 🚨 me of text messages that I receive. mad shown within the photos: All notification text message settings are on. My sound and ring is to the maximum level. The DO NOT DISTURB setting is turnt off Ive tried googling to find some answers but can’t find anything which has resulted in me coming here.

You have stated that your iPhone 11 is only a few months old. If that is the case then it is probably still under Apple's 1YR Limited Warranty. Take advantage of it by getting your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center. You may also contact ➔ Apple Support if you like.
