My iPhone 11 rings even when it’s on silent. I’ve updated my software to 14.7.1. Emergency bypass is off for every contact . The ringer and silent button on the side also seems to be working well as this is not an old phone. I have the side button on silent mode most of the times but incoming calls still ring. Even for numbers that aren’t saved in my phonebook. Is there Anyone who might have a solution?

With everything you've tried so far, it seems like you've gone over all of the basics. You'd mentioned that the switch seems to be working. One way to verify this for sure is if it says "Silent Mode On" whenever you enable the feature via the switch. Does that seem to be working properly?
