Unresponsive iPhone 11 Screen

Recently my iPhone 11 screen stopped responding to my touch. I force restarted the phone multiple time and it still does not work. I then remembered it needed an update so I connected it to my MacBook Air to update and now my phone is on a white screen that says "swipe up to recover" , but my screen is still un responsive.
