Why I’m I having multiple debits for huge amounts on my account by MC POS intl Apple.com when I didn’t subscribe to anything nor purchased anything. Please I need this to be resolved ASAP

Why I’m I having multiple debits for huge amounts on my account by MC POS intl Apple.com when I didn’t subscribe to anything nor purchased anything. Please I need this to be resolved ASAP
Go to your credit card provider directly. Do they show any charges? If they do not, you are seeing a scam phishing email for something you didn't purchase intended to get you to call them to confirm your details for fraudulent purposes.

You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix.

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

Please Clarify: Why exactly is Apple Support not helpful? What is occurring that is making this not go through.

To easily troubleshoot this over the phone with the Apple Rep, screenshare the camera of your iPhone and/or that of your Mac. Ask a friend, or family member if you may use their phone or Mac, if you do not have one handy.

I have tried the Contact support but it’s not helpful to solve the issue. Please what else can I do to get my refund.
I have tried the report problems link but I can’t request for a refund because I can’t see what the monies were debited for or purchased with because I didn’t subscribe or purchase anything.
