My iPad battery says 0% remaining after it crashed

I was using my iPad then it shut down and I restarted it. After that, my iPad says 0% remaining and I can’t charge it. As well, after every 3 minutes the iPad will automatically restart itself. What should I do?

See this support article:--> If your iPad won't charge - Apple Support

If you still get no help, it might be a hardware (battery? digitizer?) problem but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.

Contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Get Support , or make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector

After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
