Icloud account malfuction Macbook pro

Hey, Hope you are well.

I do have a problem with my Apple Id on my Macpro, hope you can help.

Please find clarity below.

When I login into my apple ID, it asks me to reset my password for security reasons.

I do go to rest my password, once I do type my ID email account to reset the password. It tells me that the account is not active. I'm stuck in this loop where I can't sign in, sign out, rest password or manage account from this apple ID.

Hope you can assist and appreciate your help in advance.
