MacBook Pro M1 battery got to 77% max health in 6 months

After 6 months of home use the battery of my MacBook Pro M1 is already sick. Max capacity 77%? Is this normal? What is happening? After so many years of Windows PC ownership i am extremely disappointed of the mediocre quality of Mac computers.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.5
