Several problems with iMessage (iCloud, iPad, SMS)

Hello all,

I've been having several problems with iMessage for a few weeks now and hope someone can help me:

1.) iMessage logs off from iPad every few days. A new login is only possible after the iPad has been restarted. After that, however, the messages are no longer in sync and I have to completely deactivate iMessage (also in iCloud) and reactivate it. After about 20 minutes, everything is in sync again.

This is very annoying in the long run.

On the iPhone, the problems do not exist!

2.) In iCloud under Messages, the top conversations are suddenly empty (see screenshot). How do I get them back there?

3.) SMS are not synchronized. When I delete an SMS on the iPhone, I have to manually delete it on the iPad and Apple Watch as well, but iMessages are deleted everywhere.

Does anyone have an idea how I can get this fixed? The iPad has already been reset to factory settings. iMessage has been completely disabled on all devices once.

Thanks!

Well, as you can see on the screenshots, it‘s not 100% working on my iPhone.

iMessage works, but top conversations are suddenly empty and sms syncing even with my Apple Watch isn’t working correctly.

I don‘t know what is going on here.

I tried some of the tips of your links. Many of them are outdated and do not describe the problem I have.

Even with message syncing disabled I have these problems.

But thank you for your support!
