APN settings on dual nano sim iphone (model A2412)?

I have a dual nano sim iPhone 12 Pro max (model A2412), and want to see / change the data APN settings, but the instructions from the single sim model don't work. I receive calls and texts perfectly fine on both lines but my data isn't working and I want to see if there's any issue with the settings.

How do I access the APN settings on this model?

That will depend if your carrier you use with each SIM allows to modify APN settings. For most, APN settings are automatically set with carrier settings bundle.
