Can I install Apple Mail v.14.xx on my OSX High Sierra v.10.13.6?
Apple Mail comes Built Into the Version of OS installed. It can not be upgraded to newer version except if upGrading to Newer version of MacOS.

Looks like Mail v. 12.4 is it.
Version 11.5 (3445.9.7) is presently installed on my MacBook Pro, with no indication that an upgrade is available. Can I download and install 12.4 to my Mac?
