The other day I was on a call, and nobody else could hear me.
I later worked out (voice memos) that my left AirPods mic was basically not working.
Should I take this to Apple Support to get it fixed?
If I do, what will they do.

If you haven't already tried, we would recommend checking your AirPods to ensure they are clean and there isn't anything obstructing the ports of the AirPods. Take a look at how to clean them here:
